God (Trinity)

We believe in the one true God as being the eternal sovereign Creator, Sustainer of all that is, and Redeemer of mankind; infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit (Trinity).

Scripture

We believe the Scriptures (both the canonized Old and New Testaments) are verbally inspired "Special Revelation" of God to man. From Jesus (the Living Word) to the Apostles, then through oral and written tradition to all believers, Scripture is the sole infallible and authoritative rule of faith and conduct for all of mankind.

Jesus

We believe "Jesus of Nazareth" is the Christ, the Messiah, the Living Word, the eternal Son of God (being both fully human and fully God) as revealed in the Scripture, by His virgin birth, His sinless life, His miracles, His death on the cross, His bodily resurrection from the dead and His position at the right hand of God the Father.

Creation / Fall Of Man

We believe that man is created prefect and in harmonious relationship with his creator, God. However, man in exercising his "free will" willfully and wantonly disobeys (sins) and thereby becomes subject to the consequence of sin, e.g., physical death and spiritual death (alienation from God).

Salvation

We believe (as an act of God's grace and mercy) the only hope of salvation for man is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God: the perfect sacrifice. Personal salvation is received through repentance toward God, the acceptance of Jesus (as the Christ, the Messiah, the Son of God), and the establishment of him (Jesus Christ) to be Savior and Lord of your life.

Sanctification

We believe sanctification is an act of separation from that which is evil and of dedication unto God. It is therefore twofold in nature, a changing of "Status" and of "State."

Water Baptism

We believe baptism is commanded of all who repent and believe on Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

Baptism In The Holy Spirit

We believe all Christians (true believers) are entitled to and should seek the baptism in the Holy Spirit with the initial physical sign of speaking with other tongues according to Acts 2:4.

Communion

We believe participating in the Lord's Supper (until he comes) is commanded of all believers and is a symbolic act of remembering Christ's suffering, death, resurrection, and prophecy of His Second Coming.

Divine Healing

We believe deliverance from sickness is provided for and is the privilege of all believers.

Life

We believe in the sanctity of life and that it begins at conception and that this life is meaningful, purposeful and sacred. Nurturing and safeguarding the unborn living child as well as a living young child is the sacred responsibility of the parents (first) and then society until that life can nurture and safeguard itself.

Marriage

We believe in God-ordained marriage that is a personal covenant between a man and a woman. Within this covenant, individual personal character needs to reflect both in word and deed the "fruit" of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22) thereby maintaining the very essence of uniqueness, sacredness, fidelity, and vitality of the marriage covenant.

Church And Its Mission

We believe the Church (all believers who have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord) is the body of Christ with a divinely called ministry. Their purpose is to introduce the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world, encourage believers to grow in the likeness of Jesus Christ, and in doing so bring praise and worship to God.

Second Coming Of Christ

We believe the blessed hope of the Church is Christ's return from heaven to catch up the Christians who have died, together with those who are alive, to be with Him forever.

End-Time Events

We believe Christ will return with His saints to establish a 1,000-year reign of peace. After this will come the final judgment of the wicked, and then a new heaven and a new earth.

Truth

We believe truth is eternal fact that transcends history as well as culture and can be known and experienced within both. Truth requires no "disclaimers." The embodiment of "Truth" within eternal existence is God. The embodiment of "Truth" within history is Jesus Christ, the Son of God.
